The first step is to meet with you and/or your family to discuss your ideas and preferences.
Some of our popular wedding styles are;
A buffet – your guests make theirown choice from a selection of hot/cold dishes, we find this style slightly less formal and great for a large celebration.- A plated meal – which is served individually to your guests at their table. A stylish option and a little more formal, or why not try a combination of both a buffet main and plated dessert.
- Continuous canapés – a constant flow of canapés being passed around from little delights to a more substantial bite.
Once you have decided on your style of celebration, and with your dreams in mind, we then create a detailed proposal with a sample menu for your perusal. Our focus is to provide you with a professional catering service for you and your guests. We can help set up the venue, serve the food and drinks, and then clean everything up afterwards.
